Products

All items are individually handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects and form part of the product’s unique character.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, minor differences may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted through our website or by direct communication.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and do not include VAT, as we are not VAT-registered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, error, or misuse is suspected.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs checks, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate; we cannot be held responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect information.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Exclusions

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item is returned and inspected. Refunds cover the cost of the product but do not include original postage unless the item was faulty.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, logos, branding, and website content are the property of Cotswold Craft Creations and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of your order.

Handcrafted items are intended for general decorative or personal use; we are not responsible for misuse or improper handling.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
